Real Faith...
We believe real faith is more than an emotional response or an intellectual agreement to facts. Instead, we believe it is an ever-deepening knowledge of, reliance on, and obedience to God as our true Father. This results in a daily striving to be like Jesus in all aspects of our life. As we wholeheartedly live for God, we experience the joy of a "life to the full" as He intends.

Real Friends...
We believe church should be a place where true friendships are built. Relationships that go beyond a handshake and greeting on Sunday mornings. Relationships that get past the surface issues and delve into what is real going on in our hearts and lives. Relationships that can both laugh and cry together. Relationships that last a lifetime!

Making a Real Difference...
We believe a church should imitate Jesus' heart to serve the poor and needy. We also believe having a relationship with God should make a real difference in our marriages, parenting, dating lives, finances, and daily life.

CVC Ministries:

Kids Kingdom

Leadership: Terri Noel and Caryn Stanek

Children's classes are held every Sunday during church service and for each congregational midweek service.

For Sunday services, all children stay in church with their family for the first few worship songs and announcements. Then there is a brief fellowship break when the kids head to their classes for the remainder of the service.

The youngest children attend the 'Under-Kindergarten' class, consisting of all children younger than kindergarten-age. This class has one lead teacher and one assistant, and meets in the lower-level of the church.

Children in grades K-2 meet in the sunroom of the parsonage right next door to the church.

Children in grades 3-4 meet in the dining room of the parsonage house.

Curriculum used for 'Kingdom Kids' is age-appropriate and Bible-based. Each lesson includes a Bible story, craft, and various games/interactive activities.

Kids Kingdom's primary goals are to help the children grow closer to God and to grow closer in godly friendships.

Preteens

Campus Ministry

Leadership: Josh & Nicole Rizzo, Iansa Zaldarriaga, Sean Nemetz

CVC Campus Ministry is a group of college-aged individuals growing in their personal relationships with God by His grace and through His gift of reconciliation through Jesus Christ. The Campus Ministry aims to live whole-heartedly and keep that relationship above everything else. They strive to love, support, and spur one another on in that relationship, was well as live out the mission of sharing God's word and their relationship wqith Him with others so that they may grow in their relationship with God. And, through all of this, they end up spending a lot of time together having a blast and developing great friendships!

Help for men who desire freedom from persistent sexual sin.

The Closet provides free clothing to those in need.

Always accepting donations of clean, gently used clothes and shoes.

Crown Financial Ministry

This minisrty is a 10 week class series focused on teaching God's financial principles, and helps us glean wisdom about how to handle our possessions and money.
